Welcome to Apartment Kokonín***

The apartment has undergone a complete reconstruction in 2019, with brand new facilities throughout. The property is located on the outskirts of Jablonec nad Nisou, within easy access of the town centre and close to nature. The apartment can accomodate 2-6 guests in 2 bedrooms, and includes a kitchen area, bathroom and 2 toilets.

The apartment is non-smoking. Should you wish, you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Check-in time is 4-7pm, with check-out by 10am. If you wish to alter these times please ask.

HOW IT WORKS AT APARTMENT KOKONÍN:

- The first bedroom is suitable for 2 guests, the second for 4 guests (2 using the bed, 2 using the sofa-bed).

- Wi-fi is available throughout, although the apartment does not have radio or TV.

- Kitchen has capacity for 6 people (cooking and/or sitting). It is fully equipped with an induction cooker, electric owen, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. Cleaning materials (detergent, sponge, dishcloth) and kitchen waste facilites are available.

- Bathroom contains a shower and wash-basin, plus hair-dryer. Towels are provided for each guest.

- Toilet is separate and includes a small vestibule with wash-basin. If required, a second toilet is located on the ground floor.

- Guests are welcome to enjoy the property’s garden, with a garden table and chairs available. It‘s the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue in the summer months!

- A sauna is located on the ground floor of the apartment (use of sauna is extra at cost, to be arranged in advance).

- Ground floor storage is available for ski and bikes, plus electric sockets for e-bikes. A cabinet containing cleaning agents is also located here.

- Ski room contains a large blow-dryer. Guests can dry clothes here thoughout the year.

- Boxes for waste disposal are located on the ground floor. Glass, paper and plastic waste can be deposited accordingly.

- Private parking is available at the front of the apartment, with space for 3 cars. Motorbikes can be parked securely in the locked garden.

- Please bring slippers for use in the house.

- We regret we cannot accomodate pets.

- Final cleaning and accomodation fees are included in price.
